10 seconds of use and I get kicked back to the main screen

I'm SO frustrated! My phone is virtually unusable. When I try to use it (whether an app, the phone, or reading email) doesn't matter. It's as though I push the button to return to the main screen. I have a bout 10-20 seconds to do anything. It was also draining the battery completely in about 2 hours (fixed that by turning off Safari in ICloud). I've updated everything, backed up and "restored", done a soft reset, and had every techie I know look at it! Any help?

If that is happening in every app then I would try a full backup and restore. If it still happens after that then I would suspect that you have a hardware fault such as a short.

When you restored, was it just clicking the restore button or were you in DFU mode.
