2 Apple IPhones one is 3 G the other is 4S

Hello,
We have 2 iPhones and use 1 computer to update to iTunes. We have several issues
1. Everytime I install a new app it automatically shows up on the other iPhone without choosing to install it it's already there. Why? How do we stop this?
2. Everytime I update my 4S it updates my app like it is supposed to but the the other iPhone 3G asks for my apple
Id to update? Why? How do we stop this?
3. Everytime I get an email on my iPhone 4S then the other phone 3G gets it too.

I need to use 1 computer but separate these completely.

+1... Create a seperate Apple ID for each iPhone you're using. Also, in iTunes.... be sure that each iPhone has a different name when connected. Something that also helps users from mixing their iDevice info/data... utilize seperate "User Accounts" for each iDevice on your PC or Mac.
