Hi,
So I've had my iPhone for a while now, and there are two minor issues I've noticed. They aren't major, but I just wanna make sure my phone isn't defective, or if there's a fix for it.
First issue:
Sometimes, when using Siri, the screen will flash black. Just once for a split second. It's happened a few times. Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this?
Second:
This happened once a couple weeks ago, but three times today.
My phone did a quick restart. I was using it, and suddenly the phone goes to the boot screen. It stays like that for 2-3 seconds, and then brings me back to my lock screen. The first time it just happened randomly. But the three times it happened today, it was while I was moving an app into a folder.
I was moving the Chase Bank app into a folder. Then, once I'd placed it in, I pressed the home button to stop the icons from jiggling. That's when the "reboot" occurred.
Why is this happening?
Thanks,
Tristan
