2 phones ring at same time

Hi I just got 2 iphone6's and when someone texts or rings me they both ring together. I am a complete idiot with technology and don't know what to do. Can anyone help a damsel in distress

That's a feature of iOS 8 called Continuity, whereby when both devices are sharing the same WiFi network, calls to one device can be shared with the other devices. To turn it off, go to Settings>FaceTime>FaceTime Cellular Calls and slide the switch to the off position(no green showing).
