2nd gen black apple tv jailbreak

hey guys...Ive been reading and reading on how I can jailbreak my 2nd gen atv and I keep running into problems... when I check my software version in the atv menu it states its 4.1 and when I use pwnage tool to create a custom ipsw for 4.1 everything goes well until I go to try and restore it to the device in itunes...it says that the apple tv is not eligible to restore that version... and I cant figure out why this is happening if im using ipsw 4.1 and my apple tv version is 4.1....any info will be greatly appreciated!!
