If I'm using Wi-Fi on my iphone4 and playing online games would it be better to turn on 3G for a better frame rate?

Even if you turn on 3G, your device will prioritize Wifi first, meaning it'll be using Wifi if it's turned on even though you have 3G on as well. Wifi speeds are faster than 3G, especially now that carriers are trying to slowly phase out 3G connections.
