3G Problem after updating to IOS 6.1.3

Hi,

I have an iPhone 4S and after updating to IOS 6.1.3 I am experiencing 3G problem. My status bar indicate presence of 3G and my data is on but I am unable to connect to the internet. I have to restart my phone for 3G to work again. Any iPhone 4S users experiencing same problem? Any solution to this? Thanks.
