3G stuck at boot logo and lost itunes and backups

Hello- my 3g is stuck at the apple boot logo...typically when this happens I would just restore the phone to the latest backup...unfortunately I accidentally deleted my entire itunes (and backups) from my computer. Being stuck in the reboot loop it isn't recognized by my or any other computer...what can I do??? Also I should say the computer that had the itunes is no longer useable and I'm using another computer...

Try forcing it into recovery mode and restore it (see iOS: Unable to update or restore)
