3G Unlock

I have a 3G that is on 4.2.1 with 05.15.04, can this be jail-broke and unlocked?
This phone was previously jail-broke and unlocked on an earlier version and shsh was stored with Cydia if that helps at all.

if it is possible what do I use or how do I do it?
