3G Unrestrictor 5 is a tweak was recently updated for iOS 5 and can be picked up in Cydia for $3.99. This tweak will allow unrestricted 3G use. That means FaceTime over 3G will work. It is also supported for iOS 5 specific features like syncing over iCloud and download applications and iTunes media over 20mb over 3G.
