3gs untethered

hi all ive a 3gs model mc132b baseband 05.16.02, now is their a untethered j/b on the latest update or should i just stay with my 4.3.3????

It depends on your bootrom, if you have the old bootrom then you can do an untethered iOS5 jailbreak, if you have the new bootrom it is tethered only.
