4.2.1 Tweaks and Hacks Compatibility

Thought I would start a thread about the compatible and NOT compatible Cydia tweaks and hacks. Let me know if there is already one, I haven't seen one yet.

So what's working and whats not?

Well all i can say there will be an untethered jailbreak for the iPod Touch 4G which i assume will also work with the iPhone 4:

I mean tweaks and hacks that people have for to work or not work running firmware 4.2.1.

I have tested BiteSMS and found that when you get a message it puts your phone into safe mode.

FolderEnhancer works.

SBSettings works.

Anyone try anything else on 4.2.1?

To be honest I found any tweak i put on mine put the phone into safe mode... I have actually left 4.2.1 standard on the phone unjailbreaked at the moment.

I have told my GF to keep her's at 4.1 as we are both users of BiteSMS, Notifier+, MY3G and firewallIP.

I miss all thjose apps badly! cant wait until they release the untethered JB....

yeah, untethered will be nice. This is the fist tethered jailbreak I've had...
It's not all that bad though... I rarely have to reboot.

Yeah, I'm probably just jumping the gun. Once the untethered jailbreak comes out, everyone will be wanting to know what works. This also gives developers some time to update.
