4s and Jawbone Prime help

Had a 4 for the last year plus with a Jawbone. Worked flawlessly. Just picked up a 4s this week. Every time I turn on the Jawbone it resorts to lowest volume level and has to be turned up. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. H.M.

My Jawbone did the same but after i turned it up the first time it stayed this way ever time i sync. You might have a software issue with the Jawbone pairing with you 4s so i would call your cell provider and seek a new Jawbone on a warranty claim.
