901-6 spam txt/call

Ever since I got a txt from that spam number I've had the phone number that's in that txt call me too and ever since then my iPhone 5c has been acting up ive called sprint (that's the carrier I use) and they don't no what to do they said go to Apple and see what they say and apple just set my phone back to the way it was when I bought and still no change has anyone else had this problem? What else is there to do?
