Acces an address in Email in iPhone 4s

Hi Guys,

Need some help please.

When I receive an address in an email and tab on it to access the location through maps, it automatically searches for a similar address in Germany or other oversees countries, but not in my area.

Is there somewhere a setting to correct for this to function properly?
