Accidentally deleted completely the Phone app/function

Jailbroken iPhone 3GS with iOS 5.1 : Accidentally deleted completely the Phone app/function folder using iFunbox.

the phone settings do not appear anymore in the settings, cannot receive call, cannot call form within a sms conversation neither... im pretty f*cked can you guys help me? like a download with the folder i may have deleted so i can put it back where it goes

Which particular directory

under iphone/raw file system/applications

but i dont remember which one i deleted, cause i deleted some crap that i had so i must ve deleted something with a name that doesnt looks like ''phone'' but that is indeed the phone app...

the apps showing are : adsheet, demoapp, field test, settings, setup, trust me, web, websheet, ios diagnostics, ipod out

Looking through my extHDD and I don't see a 5.1 system backup. I'd say you might want to re-restore back to 5.1 to be safe. Should also not fool around by deleting items unless you know what you're doing. Never try to manually delete anything to "save space"
