Acting Up After iOS Update?

Having iCloud capacity issues, so decided to back up my iPhone X to iTunes. Clicked the button affirming an iOS update while the back-up was in progress, then waited while everything processed.

When the phone started back up, though, it froze at the Terms and Conditions dialogue box when I tried to agree...any ideas?

Try force restarting your iPhone:
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button, do the same with the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the side (power) button. As soon as the Apple logo appears, release the button. Your device will power up on it’s own.

Thank you, that was the first thing I tried - it just cycles me back through the Hello screen, and hangs again at the T&C dialogue button.

BTW, I absolutely love the Neusiedler See!
