Activation

Hi, I made a silly mistake with an email address for icloud and my iphone 6 is locked up. After conversations with America, Singapore and Sydney I have waited 5 days for the activation team to contact me. Five days no phone. Every one at Apple has been really helpful except this Activation team who are a law unto themselves. At this time my only option is to put my sim in a Samsung, how good is that. Does any one know how to contact the Activation team or any advice on unlocking your phone when the 'find your phone ' is on and you cannot access icloud or itunes ?

It's not possible to activate an iDevice which is locked by iCloud. If contacting Apple Support didn't help, take your iPhone to the next Apple Retail Store. Make sure you can prove your ownership (billing/invoice), and ask for help there.
