Adding Fields in Contacts

I have a few contacts where I want to add their work #'s, but there is no other field within that contact to add another number. Anyone know how I can get that?

Are you using the phones contacts or thru an email service? The phone will automatically add additional fields that you can change the title of.

When you are editing the contact do you see similar boxes like what I've got pictured?
