After jailbreak + cydia + many apps /tweaks wifi errors

Okay.. problem is that after few days after jailbreak, I cant use my school's wifi. I have deleted settings and tryed few times "forgeting this network" but it doesnt work. before, first time when it was still working I have entered my username and password, and accepted server certificate, and it was connected (with little wifi sign on top), and when I enter safari, I had to type username and pw for access to internet.. now it doesnt connect to wifi, and I dont get this username and password request on safari.

Any suggestions? restoring whole iPhone and jealbreaking and everything again?

I run newest BB, and 4.2.1 installed from factory locked iphone, and cydia, many apps.. and I dont want to lose them. so if there will something happen wrong with restore and sync everything from itunes, please tell me.

I would remove any tweaks/apps you've installed since the wifi problem occured. It's most likely a tweak conflicting with another...
