AirPlay help

Hello I have just jail broken my iPhone 6plus on 9.3.3,
I wondered if there was a way to bring the old AirPlay function back at the bottom of the screen ?
Also what is the best Cydia app for movies and tv shows.

That app is a P2P torrent app designed to stream and upload pirated video content. Any discussions about methods to obtain pirated content are not allowed on these forums.
