Alarm clock apps for iphone 4

Does anybody know of any alarm clock apps that work when you have your phone silenced and in lock screen mode and can enter alarms by date and not just have alarms repeat. This would help me out very much. Thank you.

Not sure what you mean exactly. The native alarm works and rings even if your phone is in silent.
Not sure about the alarms by date

You can use Reminders app to set up a reminder for a specific date/time.
