Any one knows an app to hide unwanted calls?

I need an app that hide unwanted calls and SMS. My iPhone is no jailbroken, so I need an app from app store.

Isn't any such app to modify those settings... Unless jailbroken. Best way if your trying to keep them private is just the passcode lock.

So what app does it on a jailbroken phone? And how does it work? you specify which number you dont want to show up or what?
