Any way whatsoever to notify if an attendee of an event is busy?

For example. I have 43 people that work for me. They get tasks where they are gone for say three days at a time. I always create an event in Google using Calendars (not iCal) and sync with google. But the issue is sometimes I get overwhelmed and schedule someone for two overlapping tasks and they can't be in both. Is there any app, or any way in Google to get a warning saying that "hey this person is scheduled for two events are you sure you want to continue?"

I would use the calendar app or use awesome note app, but still none of those apps would tell me what I'm doing wrong or right, they will just notify me on time about what I should do, or about an even as I plan it to notify me in those apps.

I did read all your post and i was trying to answer your post the best I could, but it seems that I failed or my answer isn't in the loop with google stuff. Anyway that's my 5cent.
And is there something good that I can earn for having a post count increase???
