Anyone know of a mp3 voice recording app?

Hi everyone I'm looking for an app that would allow me to do audio recording in mp3. If you know of any app please post a few recommendations. Much appreciated!

Juse use voice memos and then extract the audio file and convert it to mp3

Is that the only app you can this of? Is there an app that is automatically record in mp3?
