Anyone know of a workout case that you can use with bumpers?

I have a bumper/frame around the iPhone for everyday use. However, when I run or go to the gym I have to take it out of the bumper/frame to fit into the workout case. Anyone know of a case that will fit without having to remove the phone from the frame?
