App for recording and sending video

Hello all! I need a bt of help:

What is the best video recording app? I don't need anything fancy. I'm not the most tech saavy, in fact I just figured out how to shoot video! I just want to shoot some of my nephew's soccer game to send to his dad overseas.
Someone mentioned Thwapr to me. Has anyone used this app? Is it easy to understand?
