App icon disappears but not title or function

:ios4:On one page of apps the icon for one app disappears but the title remains and so does its function. How can I restore it?

Welcome to the forum. If you are having a stock iOS then factory restore it and see if it will cure that missing icon issue.

Are you jailbroken or stock (the way Apple wants it) ?
