App Icon is Blank Gray while Downloading?

Are your app icons blank gray while downloading? I just noticed my 4S doing this the last two days. I don't recall it being like this before.

Yeah me to, I notice this yesterday. The app goes to its normal color after the app is done installing onto my 4s.

That's normal. It's done that ever since I got my iPhone this past February.
