App question

I just had a quick question, does anyone know of an app that keeps serial numbers?

When I was an android user, there was an app that allowed you to put in and save serial numbers. The app also allowed you to export it into a spread sheet and email it.

I've been looking in the app store, but haven't found anything similar to it.
