App/tweak to read text messages

Is there anything to read my text messages to me while I'm riding my motorcycle. I tend to take long road trips or just have a motorcycle as a daily driver and hearing my text ringtone and not knowing if it's important or not and not being able to read it to find out til the next stop drives me crazy. So if anyone has found something let me know please. Thanks.

Textndrive
Vlingo virtual assistant

Try them, may be you will find the solution.

I am not sure all it does, since I don't use it....I was just commenting that my friends loves it and is always telling people they need to DL it.

If your jaibroken theres a tweak called aloud that will do exactly what your looking for. I use it during my work day to avoid having to constantly check my phone.
