Where so I go to report an app with a bug? It's zynga's dream zoo.

Perhaps the App Store @ iTunes? They usually have a place for feedback. Zynga's website may be an option, but since it's Zynga, good luck!

I seen on every app a website email address of whoever created the app!!
You also can notify apple or iTunes or app store to refund money if it costed money!!!
