Apple diagnostics icons????

Jail broken iPhone 4 ios5 why does apple diagnostic icons keep popping up on my springboard ? I have to respring to remove them, any help please.
Tried to down load a game from **** and now I've got these white icons labeled diagnostic , settings and two more I don't remember. I can respring and they go away until I down load something else. Any help Anybody???
