9to5 Mac reports that Apple has given its jobs website a makeover, with the newly revamped site now focusing on diversity via new employee videos and testimonials.
According to 9to5 Mac, the website now focuses more on one of Apple’s avowed interests, namely diversity, with Apple having recently pledged $50 million to many different non-profit groups. The website shows how Apple is looking to recruit more women, minorities, and veterans.
With a welcome message of “Do your life’s best work here,” the new version of the website showcases a variety of employment roles within Apple, divided into three categories: sales, customer support, and leadership opportunities.
Each category now features updated videos, with the various roles explained below the videos.
As well as revamping the jobs website, Apple has also internally announced a new volunteer program that is designed to encourage its employees to sign up for community service programs.
