While the Apple Watch and iPhone work well together to bring some info on daily user activity, there's a lot more room for improvement. Taiwan's Economic Daily news reports that our favorite fruit company is developing first-generation heath-tracking hardware for a 2017 release.
The report fails to mention whether this device will come in the form of a wearable or whether its will require an iPhone to be paired. Apparently, this new rumored device will collect even more data than the Apple Watch, including heart rate, pulse, blood sugar changes, and other information.
Finally, Economic Daily News claims that the device will "set off a new whirlwind" within the technology industry and utilize 3DTouch for interactions.
