The new beta firmware is labeled under build number 12D5480a. Apple claims the build includes "bug fixes and improvements". Since the firmware was just released a few hours ago, it is unknown what little changes the company may have made to the UI or otherwise.
iOS 8.2 beta 5 can be installed going in Settings > Software Update on a device enabled within Apple's developer portal. Since the beta is coming to a close, we assume Apple will release the final build to the public sometime in March.
