9to5Mac reports its sources claim that the Apple Store app will be making its way onto the Apple Watch in the near future. The app extension will allow customers to make simple purchases from Apple's online store, while more complex purchase will have to be handed off (pun intended) to the iPhone or iPad.
Apple will apparently launch this update to its app in the summer, when the Watch goes on sale in retail stores, and ask employees to encourage customers to install it. The report is pretty straight forward and we can find a reason for Apple NOT to do this.
