We know that the next iPhones are going to be launched on September 9, and we've seen some detailed information with regards to their cameras and Apple Watch-like animated wallpapers. Now we have some information regarding the release of a smaller-sized iPhone.
Well-connected Mark Gurman tells us that we should don’t expect a new 4-inch “iPhone 6c” to show up on stage. It seems that Apple has indeed been working on a new 4-inch iPhone with the capabilities of last year’s iPhone 6, but it seems the device is not yet ready to ship.
Apple also plans to discontinue the iPhone 5c upon the release of the new 6S and 6S Plus. Apple is also expected to keep selling the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus after the new 6S and 6S Plus models begin shipping.
