Apps for HTML documents

Hi, I was wondering if anyone may know of a text editor app which allows me to store and edit HTML files, and keep them in the same folder as image files so that the images show on the HTML page when viewed in a broswer. This is easily done in Windows Explorer on a PC because image files can be placed in any folder and files of any type can be used and placed in exactly the same folder. I have tried a few apps for text editing which allow .txt files to be saved as HTML, and can be viewed in a browser within the app. However, they don't seem to let me place images in the same location or same folder as the HTML files. Are they any good apps out there which have these capabilities? I don't mind paying for an app if it means it will be worth the money. Thanks
