Apps For Iphone 4 !!

hi

just wanted to know are the apps on the iphone 3G, 3GS the same apps that are for the iphone 4 .....

as i wanna sync and itunes is tell me do i wanna sync my apps that i had on my previous phone ..........

so just wanted to know are all the apps the same or different !!

as i dont wanna install somthing from old iphone that might be slow or not fully working ....if u get what i mean !

no they are all the same... some games dont work with earlier firmwares and will probably lag badly on older devices though

As "unleashed" wrote, the apps are backward-compatible but not otherwise. IOW, the iPhone 4 can handle anything the 3G or 3GS can. Apps are very sensitive to firmware: i.e., there are many apps that must have iOS 4.2 and beyond before they'll play.

there are certain games that require you be above a certain firmware to work like infinity blade wont work on 3.1.3 firmware and would probably not run well on the iphone 3g
