Apps for iPhone 5 from iPad

Hello,
I have iPad3 and I have a lot of paid and free apps.
I'm getting iPhone 5 quite soon and just wondering if I'd be able to install those paid apps using my account or I'll have to buy it now again?

Yes if you of course use the same iTunes account. I believe the magic number is up to 8 devices. I'm sure someone will ring in hear shortly and confirm that for us that has more knowledge than I. Have great day!

Up to 10 devices using the iTunes account. Including up to 5 machines authorized to have iTunes on them.
