Apps not working !

I have iphone 4s and i have jail broken it ... Now, some of the apps which I have installed before jail breaking are not working ..
What to do ? Restoring the phone is the only solution ?

What apps are they that don't work? I've not run across any that didn't work after a jail break. Well, my Rime Warner Cable app didn't work, but that only needed a tweak from Cydia to route around that.

So, which ones didn't work?

Many apps.. like temple run, fruit ninja, fall down etc ..

and the worst part is that i was not able to transfer the paid apps to my itunes !

The paid apps are tied to your iTunes account for life, if they are not in your iTunes library all you have to do is redownload them, it won't charge you again. I would just turn off "sync apps" and let iTunes remove all your apps and then resync them.
