Suppose I get 100 emails today, and I want to delete most of them; but, I want to save three of them. and, as a newbie, I don' want to have to manually delete 97 of the individually. So I thought I would just archive the three I really wanted to keep.
How can I select the rest of them with one step, so I can delete all of them at one time?
Archiving the three I want to keep works fine ... but, where do they go? I can't find them to recover them. I thought there would be an "Archive file" somewhere that would have just those emails that I had archived ... but, I cannot find said Archive File.. I believe the archived emails get merged in with "All Emails". But that can be a long list, and it is difficult to find the archived ones.
Any helpful ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
