Are there problems installing iOs 5.1?

Are there any problems with installing new update to 5.1? How long does it take? Using iPhone 4.

I didnt come across any problems updating my 4s,it took about half an hour all told but i think your download speed can affect that,its not that likely i wouldnt think that you will get problems,connect your phone to the mains before you start.

I know someone who has an iPhone 4. They just installed os5.1. Now some of their apps won't work.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have the new Os and have no problems with my 4s.
