Are these apps available in Cydia?

The only 2 reasons why I would like to jailbreak my iPhone are for the following apps (or their equivalent) if they are available:

1. Swype
2. Dragon Dictation

Can anyone please tell me if they are in Cydia?

Dont think you can get swype on iphone, just googled it.

Why not just do it and look for yourself? if your not happy with it then restore?

Because Dragon Dictation is not available in Indian app store/iTunes. I do not have a US credit card to create a US app store account.

I think you can get an us iTunes gift card off eBay and start an account that way.

I found a better alternative than Swype and managed to get Dragon Dictation as well, thanks to limera1n!

you dont.... just download them from app store and it will store them in itunes.

stealing apps is a big no and admin does not allow talking of it here.
