At the AT&T Consumer Industry Analyst Conference on Tuesday, AT&T announced that the carrier will begin to provide a cheaper Next 24 plan, which allows customers to upgrade every 30 months. The carrier will begin offering the Next 24 plan starting November 9 to all existing and new AT&T customers. What do you guys think?
