Auto adding contacts

I am noticing that as i email new or reply to email the contacts are showing up on my contact list on the phone. How do I stop this from happening?

Which email service are you using? Outlook, GMail, Exchange, AOL, etc

Exchange first one account and a custom gmail imap for the other. Contacts are from exchange and icloud

On Exchange, you'll need to turn off the suggest contacts feature. Go to File -> Options -> Contacts -> untick Automatically create Outlook contacts etc etc. Link below shows you pictures that you can follow.
