What do you mean auto fill login? You mean logins via your web browser?
If so, Atomic web browser does this, I've used Atomic for quite a while and really like it, and it's proper tabbed browsing.
You can save and in the version that came out a few days ago the saved user/pass can be set to auto fill.
It is regularly updated too. Love it. Grab it from the app store.

No I haven't heard of an app that takes care of all of your logins, someone else might have if one exists. I believe it is the app itself which takes care of this though, if the app has a "Save Info" check box, or similar, then you will be able to do it.
I thought most of them have this to be honest. Which apps in particular are you talking about?
