I am searching for a tweak or an app which would automatically open caller's contact info on the phone screen, during call (if there is contact info, of course). It would be quite a handy thing for business purposes, don't you think? No luck, so far, and mind you I have tried some other smarphones also.

You can open the caller contact info manually from your contact app while in call. If there is something which does that automatically, then you will not be able to have access to the other features of the ongoing call like pausing, answering another call, face call etc...
Yes, but since I have about 1600 contacts in my phone at the moment, it would help me a lot if I could glance at the contact info even before I answer an incoming call. That way I would immediately know what was our last conversation about. You can surely see that such a feature would make quite an impact on a caller. Doing it manually is not an viable option, it would take to much time in live conversation.
