Automation on screen lock

Hi,

I am trying to automate the following on screen lock:
- Flight mode: on
- Low power mode: on
- Location services: off

Then on screen unlock:
- Flight mode: off
- Low power mode: off
(Location services to remain turned off until manually turned on)

I am aware that this effectively turns the phone into a paperweight when the screen is locked - this is the whole purpose, just faster than actually powering on/off the device.

Any ideas on how to achieve this?
